I would recommend browsing the init string used by Win95 when it uses the modem.
Seeing as how the modem manufacturers provide these to MS, they must be the right
init strings to use. Fortunately, there's no NDA for AT sequences. ;) So just
borrow the Win95 init string and insert them into your chat script.
