I backed down to the base initscripts and prayed everything worked.
You'll also notice netstat -r hangs as well as route. ifconfig shows
a good ip and adapter.
You can't ping anything past the other side of the ppp connection
right?
Perhaps someone from redhat can shed some light on it. I never solved
it, and was suprised it never came up before.
