Setting up for Multiple ISPs

What is the recommended procedure for setting up ppp for multiple ISPs where I
sometimes sign in to one and sometimes the other.  Under Win95 it's quite
simple to set up multiple 'dial-up networking' icons pointing to multiple
ISPs.  What's the equivalent for Linux?
