It depends.

If you are using diald then I don't now. I have had probelms using diald with 
multiple connections.

if you are using a connect script (I am using ppp-on), then you can copy the 
script to different and us which ever one you want to connect with. For  
instance I have /etc/ppp/ppp-on.work that connects me to my work and 
/etc/ppp/ppp-on.unicomp that connects me to my ISP.
