I have a 128K ISDN connection, and I can connect to my ISP in Multilink
mode just fine. But after a few minutes, the second B-channel drops the
connection and I am forced into the 64K speed zone. At first, I thought
it was dropping because I was getting transfer speeds of less than 64K,
and so the second line was detected as being idle and thus dropped
automatically. However, the second line seems to be dropping a few
minutes after connecting even when I'm doing a transfer of 10-11K per
second. Also, the second line never comes back up after it drops.

Is there a way to prevent the second line from ever dropping, no matter
what speed my transfers are? I looked in the man page for pppd, but the
"idle" settings don't seem to apply to this situation.

Thanks,

Trevor
