The line stays up (the modem doesn't disconnect) but no services work, I
can't
ping anything. And if i run a script do disconnect the connection nothing
happens.
/var/log/messages just leaves this message:
pppd - Hangup (SIGHUP)

ok, gonna check that out.
I think the weird thing is that it stops working when I start netscape,
it doesn't make any sense, netscape freezes.
