2 Channel ISDN ***

I finally got my 3COM Impact IQ modem to dial and connect to my ISP but the
funny thing is that only once is active.  Under NT and 95 both channels
become active right after the connection is made but I don't have the same
luck with Red Hat 5.1 any ideas?
