I assume that syslvg is the vg, and CRM91QA is an lv?

I have a disk device that is mounted. How do I change the name
of the device?
For example:
/dev/mapper/syslvg-CRM91QA 14449712 167032
13548680 2% /oraAPP/CRM91QA
Needs to be:
/dev/mapper/syslvg-CRM91PD 14449712 167032
13548680 2% /oraAPP/CRM91PD
