Add rasqal_xsd_date and xsd:date check, normalization functions
rasqal_xsd_date added based on y/m/d from rasqal_xsd_dateTime
(rasqal_xsd_date_parse_and_normalize): Added calling
rasqal_xsd_datetime_parse_and_normalize_common and copying the result
fields over on success.
(rasqal_xsd_date_to_string): Added.
(rasqal_xsd_date_string_to_canonical): Added.
(rasqal_xsd_date_check): Added.
