Fix rasqal_xsd_datetime_parse_and_normalize_common() for dates. Add tests.
(rasqal_xsd_datetime_parse_and_normalize_common): Handle day in
common code and allow xsd:date to terminate on Z or +/- timezone.
(rasqal_xsd_date_to_string): Terminate in Z
Add test framework for xsd:date and adjust dateTime tests to check
timezones with dates that canonicalize to a different date.
