I'm glad they didn't re-sign Gonzalez. He's a gaping hole on offense and I would have been pulling out my remaining hair by May at every wild swing at strike three in the dirt. And while he has great hands, his range is ever-shrinking.
I'm not a big Marco Scutaro fan (was hoping they'd deal for J.J. Hardy), but there has to be a better solution than Gonzalez.
