You're far too trusting. Never buy anything without seeing it - I wouldn't
any how. Why didn't you buy the rock off your friend that you were selling a
few weeks back? You might try suggesting that a refund is due. Over here, if
a product is not suitable for the purpose for which it is purchased you are
legally entitled to a full refund.
You may also point out to the supplier that you may wish to discuss this
matter further with this list, during such discussion their company name MAY
slip out! - oops! Nothing travels like bad news.
