On the issue of chloramine. My city just started using chloramine. I use a
Spectrapure RO without a DI. I chose to go without a DI for a number of
reasons - no silicates, need for drinking water, less hassle, less cost. Do
I need a DI now. My city can't answer with any credibility and Spectrapure
doesn't seem to have a position either.
