Brian, can you explain why I might need an Ammonia cartridge for
Chloramine.

A word of caution about chloramine.  If you city uses chloramine for water
treatment, it is HIGHLY advisable to have an ammonia removal cartridge
before the DI, otherwise, you will be replacing your DI cartridges every
month.

I think the 1 thing everyone agrees on is Spectrapure makes the best RO/DI
and no chlorine and chloramine do not affect them.
