I took the glass off mine the last time this thread ran. The tank runs a
little cooler now and i would say its a little brighter. Salt spray has not
been a problem. I have a 5 ga container in the stand dripping fresh water/kalk
into the sump to compensate for evaporation. I am thinking about adding a
float valve instead of the drip cause it always clogs.
