All, I have a spot in my tank that gets a lot of light and a ton of current.
I am trying to find a coral that will work well in this spot. Basically, it
is the very top, middle area of my reef so it gets the full blast from my
MHs and VHOs (10.5 wpg) and it also is the area where the outputs I have on
each side of the tank cross, so it gets a SERIES blast of current. I mean,
really a lot. It is not directly in front of any outputs, but it gets
blasted pretty seriously there. It is random however because the sea swirl
is one of the outputs so it gets hit hard from it every 20-30 seconds. I
have a green acro in that spot right now and it is too much for it I think.
So, does anyone have a suggestion of a coral that loves light and a ton of
current? Maybe a porities (sp) species?
