Iv already dropped the skimmer from 24/7 to only about 5 hours a week. With
that decreased skimming time, i have already noticed an improvment of coral
growth, and you know what iv got coralline growing again, I can tell you
right now that the skimmer is what is causing my slow coral growth. Perhaps
it is because i only have 3 fish, and can only feed them so much. I knew from
the start this skimmer was too big for a 30 gallon tank, but i also new I
would be getting a larger tank so why spend the money twice? I just didnt
plan on being stuck with this 30 gallon for so long.
