Dejavue???I had something similiar happen to me 8 years ago though.I lived
in an upstairs apartment and my landlord which was a dentist had his offices
downstairs.I lost about the same amount of water.There cielings and walls
were soaked.OOPS!Thats when I learned That I needed a hole drilled in my
return line to break the syphon when the electric goes out.I was bumming
then but he took it better then I thought.He just paid someone else to paint
the walls.Good luck with the clean-up.I like the threaded idea with your
project.I never trust glue jobs of any kind except pvc to pvc glueing.Ken.
