As far as I know, tangs are reef safe, and many times they are a needed addition in order to control algae growth. I have a purple tang, and the only time i had a sebae anemone he didn�t mess with the anemone at all. But he ate all my green polips, don�t know why. I would say it is a great addition to a reef tank. As for the first question, I didn�t understad what you said. Good luck.
