Hey Joe. First and foremost, I hope your tank is set up appropriatly for
your anemone, and that you have researched the proper set up and care for
the specific type of anemone that you have. That is the most important thing
you can do for that animal. If your tank is not set up properly for it at
this time, you should consider making the neccesary changes to create the
environment the animal needs, or take it back to the store. Without gettin
totaly on a soap box, anemones rarely live in captivity for long periods of
time, this is usually due to incorrect set up and lack of knowledge
specifically regarding the proper care for the anemone. Please make sure and
do tons of research, starting now.

Okay, after that being said, it depends specifically on the species of
anemone you have and the species of clown fish you have. You have to make
sure that they are the proper match, or that the type of anemone hosts those
types of clown fish in nature. Next, being tank raised may very well be part
of the reason they have not begun using the anemone yet (if they are the
proper match). Sometimes the tank raised ones take a while to begin using
their host anemone. Sometimes they never do. Give them some time before you
give up on them. You can try feeding them close to the anemone. Make sure
the food is in and around the anemone so that the fish are eating from
around it. That can sometimes help them realize their instincts and begin
using the anemone.
