I have 2 anemones in my tank & also use Kent iodine(super iodine) & have seen no problem with it. Without additions my iodine level stays so low it is un-readable on my test. I used to add weekly & my ricordea would look great the next day then fade through the week so I add daily now to maintain a more constant level. My anemones do deflate now and then, usually a day after feeding, & from what I have read it is normal for anemones to deflate to expel wastes then perk back up & the process may take up to 24 hours.
