Title: RE: Mantis shrimp

I don't think a trap would work because they stay in the rock, but the first one was easy to catch. It was so bold it just stood there eating the colony & ignored me until I whacked him but I missed the net & it got away. Then a few minutes later it was back eating again so I got in there & hit it again, harder this time, right into the net. Score! If the smaller crabs in the tank grow up to look like him they will get the same treatment.

Not to make a joke out of it, because it really does suck, but Chris needs
your Mantis. That bad boy woulda killed those crabs quickly. A wrasse isnt
going to do it, they are too small. A trigger would, but then you run the
risk of your corals being eaten. You should get yourself a trap and begin
laying it out everynight and catching them every morning. Sooner or later,
you will get them.

Sorry to hear about that though, it does suck.
