You may try a small, like 1 liter pop bottle. Cut the top off so there is just a small opening at the top. Then find a place it will fit, and lean it against the rocks so the opening of the bottle is up against the reef. Make sure there is some angle to the bottle, so the crabs cant crawl back out. Weight a piece of stinky fish down and drop it in the bottle before you go to bed. Is what may happen, is the crabs will leave the rock and go down the bottle for the food, but will not be able to get back up (if the angle of the bottle is steep enough). It is not a sure thing, but is worth a try. If you do that for a few nights in a row, you may actually be suprised how many of these little bastards you catch. Then, you can take them to the LFS, and they can feed them to their triggers!
