Hi all, yesterday i bought a little stone with 15 mushrooms, they were blue,
green stripped and other funny ones. As usual with any new arrival, my
blueline trigger went to see what she could eat, show no interest on my
mushrooms but instead sfound a little hole with some dust in the entrance,
with care she took out all the dust and left the hole open and something
interested her but finally went away.
I was looking at this impressive stone when i suddenly saw a /=?)&$()(
mantis shrimp coming out from the hole, taking a look of my tank and getting
in again!!!!!!!!! I just can�t imagina my impressed face when i recognized
that sucker so i quickly took off the top glass and took the stone and the
mantis went out and in again. With my net under the rock in case he fell i
took out the stone and that mantis went out almost immediately.
I then inspected very carefuly the stone and after I was sure no more
intruder was there in placed it again on my tank.
I guess I�m very lucky because this is the second one i found and could be
able to take them out very easily.
this one is only 1" (remember the last one was at least 3") and prettier
because he has green legs, i have him in a glass and i�m unsure about what
to do with him because Shane told me that was a shame i killed the last
one.
I can place him in my second refugium, but i�m reluctant because i don�t
want her to spawn (if she is pregnant) or destroy my ref or something like
that.
Any ideas?? i�m willing to donate her if you want!!!!!!!!!
