Feeding garlic soaked foods will also help. I have started using a q tank for
new fish now and also feed garlic soaked foods for two weeks and then
introduce into the main tank. I have not lost a fish since i started using
this method. It also helps to keep the q tank more stable because i have
liverock and a functioning deep sand bed.
