Hi group! I was wondering... would anyone who is currently working from home in the san antonio area like to go in halfsies with me on a real nice (but small) office space I found near Fredericksburg and Wurzbach? Your half of the rent would be $100 a month, with a $100 initial deposit. The lease is month to month, and there's the chance somewhere down the road that the company who owns the property will need the space back, but they promised a 30 day notice if that were to occur. As a tenant, the office has security and we get access to a large conference room if we need to entertain clients. Oh, the place has wireless internet (no cat5 outlets), so that would be our connectivity.
I'm a web programmer, so would prefer another techie, but that isn't an absolute prerequisite. Anywho, anybody interested in having a quiet, secluded, picturesque office space near the medical center area?
