Hope all is well man. Haven't seen you in a while.

Years ago (almost a decade) I had a tool which would spit out a  
graphical schema for 'documentation' purposes. More recently I found a  
tool on SourceForge.net

Also, I did a search just now on Sourceforge.

Seems there are quite a few options for building this schema map.  
Though not sure how portable it would be.
