We've used MySQL workbench (freeware from Sun), and have been happy with it. It also has some cool tools for exporting sql scripts, routines, etc. I believe the new Beta has a Mac version: http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/workbench/5.1.html

Currently this includes only the table structure but may later include the logic behind a series of PHP pages to maintain the data within the database. My platform is OS X (Leopard) and this is the first time I've needed to produce this for a client since switching to it. Does anyone have a suggestion on a free or inexpensive package I can use to do this? Jeff No virus found in this incoming message.
