I suggest Lynda.com as well. For years I didn't take them seriously because, after all, how could a video tutorial take the place of an O'Reilly book or a physical class on a subject. But, I've found that their one-on-one, tutorial-based learning is superb for technical subjects such as PHP or ActionScript and I feel that they are unmatched with regards to the time and effort put in to learning and what I actually walk away with. Plus, you can't really beat the price. Also, I keep strange hours and who's going to teach me one-on-one Advanced ActionScript at 2 in the morning?
