Hey Chris,

Morae is still the gold standard.  I'm not really clear on why you were
disappointed.
Perhaps you weren't running it at the proper resolution?

Silverback is a fairly equivalent option of Morae for the Mac at the low,
low price of ~$49.

There are also plenty of web based subscription services that do a pretty
good job, such as UserVue, Userzoom, etc.
