I was thinking about submitting a talk on some subject, but we're 9 months away from the event. I don't know how to choose a topic without being super vague so that I have the flexibility to cover newer material once SXSW'10 comes around. This fact is why I have chosen to not go the SXSW route and speak at some of the events around SXSW that are not so dated. I guess it's still a good idea to speak in front of a thousand people on a topic that's a year old because most of the audience isn't aware of what we knew a year ago.
