Hi all. We charge 6.6% across the board for all of our services. According to the tax authority, things like design and development are only 80% taxable as "Data Processing Services" but things like SEO are 100% taxable. However, if it's all lumped together into one project, it's all 80% taxable.
It's all very confusing, so we've decided to just charge 6.6% across the board (which is 80% of the normal 8.25%). We recently went through a sales tax audit and the auditor said that we were doing it the right way.
