NetIP Austin, in partnership with South Asian American Leaders of Tomorrow (SAALT), is participating in “Be the Change 2010” on Saturday October 2, 2010.
Are you ready for the Be the Change 2010? Be the Change is a national day of service, coordinated by South Asian Americans Leading Together (SAALT), that is held on campuses and in cities across the country. The event is based on Mahatma Gandhi's inspirational quote, "You must be the change you wish to see in the world," and provides opportunities for South Asians to give back to their communities. In 2009, over 3,000 people contributed 6,000 service hours in 70 cities and campuses across the country.
