*Erin Young* is an Austin-based UX consultant who specializes in designing
experiences that are persuasive, social and easy-to-use. She has helped
establish the role of UXD within agencies and on the client side, and has
designed for organizations including Microsoft, the U.S. Dept of Education,
JCPenney, Ritz-Carlton, UPS, Chase, and Facebook. She blogs at

Street parking on Brazos between 4th & 6th, on 7th Street, and on San
