Hi,

I'm a Mac user but I have two clients with PC issues and could use some help.

1. PC version of Powerpoint - making a handout with slides and rule lines

I eventually took it into Keynote and did this but I would like to tell my 
client how to do this the next time.

2. PC version of Outlook - exporting parts of an address book

My client wants to send me selected names from his address book for a sales 
effort we are beginning.  If worst came to worst, I could take all of it and 
then put it into a FileMaker database and manipulate from there. He's 
tech-challenged and lives outside of Austin so I need a way to help him send me 
what I need.
