I apologize if this is a duplicate post. Having trouble posting to the group...
In Outlook (2007), you can export contacts to an Excel file. This might be helpful if the client is intimidated by CSV files... Instructions for your client: While in Contacts view: File > Import and Export > In import/export wizard, select "Export to a file" and click 'Next' button > Select "Microsoft Excel 97-2003" and click 'Next' button> You are asked to select a folder to export from. Choose "Contacts" (it should already be highlighted. Click 'Next button > Save exported file as [assign file name]. You see the Browse interface, in which you can choose a file location. > You will see: "The following actions will be performed: 'Export "Contacts' from folder: Contacts" (there's a map custom fields button... ignore this). Click the 'Finish' button. In Powerpoint, the closest you can easily get is to print the Notes pages option. The pages have the slide in the top half, and a blank lower half. With presentation open: File > Print > In print dialog box, toward the lower left under the field header "Print what," select "Notes pages." (Optional: At lower left is a Print Preview button.). Hope this is helpful! -BarB On Jan 12, 10:40 am, Jan Triplett <[email protected]> wrote: > Hi, > > I'm a Mac user but I have two clients with PC issues and could use some help. > > 1.
