Chad, interesting that you mentioned Wufoo. I just started playing around with 
them. I am working on a reservation form but, I need to build a custom one that 
only shows the unbooked available times in the drop down for a particular date. 
Wondering if you had any experience working in their API. I guess I should 
probably start a new thread for that one though.

If you're using a form other than an email subscription I use Wufoo.
Wufoo is a very easy to use form creator that produces just about any
kind of embed code you can imagine.  The reports and notifications
from Wufoo are also great - I particularly like the text message
notification option.
