Actually this is still an open issue. I now have the 'dump' I requested but 
these are not readable file that I'm used to. The other company gave me .bak 
files. From what I've read I need to install SQL Server Express to import 
these. My issue is this will require Windows which I don't have or have access 
to. Is anyone willing to import these two files and provide me a proper export 
I can use on MySQL?
