Did you check out the iA3 template (for WordPress)? http://store.informationarchitects.jp/category/ia3-template
It works across the platforms you mentioned. They point out that you should have some dev skills if you're gonna get into it. But, it's not bad out of the box. And, it's got gallery templates that could work for your portfolio needs. I can't speak to how that gallery works on all templates from my own use, but you can view their sites on each platform for an example of that.
