For DNS registration, I like Namecheap too, though I have not been impressed with their support.
For DNS hosting I recently switched from Zerigo to DNSimple. I really liked Zerigo, but my app architecture really needed for the special ALIAS record type at DNSimple, which enables mixing wildcard CNAME and MX records. Zerigo doesn't have anything like that. (Route 53 is the only other host I know of that does, btw). Have also used Dyn / Dynect in the past. They can get expensive fast as traffic increases. As a customer, I felt I was being nickeled an dimed. Also, I really didn't like the changes they made to their user interface in the past year.
