   Jim Galvin - tight coupling with tmch-func-spec, has to wait for 
tmch-func-spec
   Sean Turner (via Jabber) downref is possible
   Jim Galvin - tmch-func-spec is needed for implementation, so no downref 
possible

   Discussion in the room with many clarifying questions
   Marc Blanchet - We should not have multiple bundling extensions on standard 
track.
                   Merge the requirements of this one and cira (already on the 
charter)
                   and Gould’s one (not published) and possible icann idn
                   variants work into a standard track extension.
   Marc committed to talk to the group of authors to start that thread.
   No consent on the specific bundling solutions
