RDAP OpenID is one of prominent examples, where /help is bootstrapping the whole flow for a client.

Also, when reading 3.1.6. of RFC9082 it clearly states: The response to "help" should provide basic information that a client needs to successfully use the service.

In this context rdap-x should probably appear in /help response in one form or other.
