No, it is not required to reach the objectives of this draft. And if
my logic is correct, this does not change the base behavior of 7480,
but that "application/json" is not part of the rdap-x negotiation. We
can add it back though if this causes more confusion or
interoperability issues. What's your opinion?
IMHO I'd leave it as-is if it's not required for rdap-x negotiation.
