This call for adoption closed last week.
We have eight people who support it, with no rejections, and multiple
comments/questions, so the chairs consider this document adopted.
With this message, the chairs ask the author to submit version 00 of a
working group document, which is the same as the current document, using
the following pre-approved draft name:
draft-ietf-regext-balance
The chairs would like to ask the author to search for a document
shepherd. If anyone is willing to volunteer, please reach out to the author.
Work can begin as soon as the 00 is published.
The milestone for this document will be March 2026.
