######### REGISTRATION DETAILS #########

Full Name:
----------
  OpenRPG

System Group Name:
-----------------
  openrpg

Type:
-----
  Programs

License:
--------
GNU General Public License V2 or later

Description:
------------
An RPG Engine written in Python, using PyGame as the core of the engine and
wxPython as the designer for games used by the engine.

Developers will work mainly with these two libraries. There may be the need
to use NumPy or PIL for image processing. Outside of that, there is no other
projected modules or code which would be needed.

Users would bring their own resources (graphics, sound, text, xml, etc.)
These resources would be under the responsibility of the user to handle
licensing.

Possible file tiles would include PNG, GIF, JPG, and BMP. Sound files have
yet to be determined, however OGG, WAV and other open source formats seems
likely.

There is a possibility as the project matures that a C++ engine would be more
appropriate, however when and if that happens, then a change in project name
and description would be necessary.

Initial code: http://www.chaosmeme.com/code/RPGEngine-0.0.1.zip

Other Software Required:
------------------------
  PyGame, wxPython
