==== Description: ====
SubScribe will provide a powerful graphical interface for editing SubVersion
(SVN) repository dump files. It will be written in Java, and licensed under
the GNU GPL v3 (or greater). Currently, there is no source, as work is
planned to be shared between two (or maybe more) contributors.

The main features planned are the ability to remove and modify files from
commits, to break source trees up into separate repositories, and to allow
editing of various attributes such as commit comments. Currently, as far as
we know, there are no other tools with all of these capabilities, and the
only way to split a source tree into separate repositories is to use the
command-line svndumpfilter tool.

The reason we are developing this tool is simply because we wish to relocate
another GNU GPL project we are working on to GNA. Our problem is that we have
some old commits that we want to preserve, but they contain images that
conflict with the license.

==== Other Software Required: ====
This project will depend on the java swing libraries, and the general java
libraries, but it will be possible to run it using IcedTea or OpenJDK
