Follow-up Comment #2, task #5680 (project admin):
At the time of writing the project application, there was no source written,
as I expressed in the application. Since then however, I have made a start.
I've just applied the license to it - see the attached file. Hopefully all is
in order, the only aspect I wasn't sure about was including the
com.Ostermiller.util.MD5 class, which is licensed under GPL v2 or later. I
made a tiny change to the license header, which was pointing to COPYING.TXT,
and changed it to point to COPYING. Other than that, the class has not been
functionally modified in any way.
