Thanks, but I have clearly stated that the published code is nothing more
than some sandbox testing. It was never meant to be committed (as it doesn't
have any end-functionality).

I have also noted that I intend to use the MIT license, so all the FAQ about
GPL and the COPYING file pretty much doesn't apply (the license fits in every
file's header).

It also didn't ever cross my mind that you'd expect the code to be
license-wise perfect from revision 1 (even if the code does nothing yet).

Please close this item. On Wednesday, I got the project approved on
SourceForge (and it took less than a day too).
