Since we're using embedded Tomcat in all our other products, why don't
we just ship that with our regular WAR for the "registry server"
scenario. We can't be supporting two embedded execution environments
unless there's some really compelling reason.
+1 - I just used Jetty since that's what was there in the tests already.
I'm fine with switching to Tomcat.
