Average rating display should be improved

Right now we show the average rating as stars and then a numeric value (i.e.
3.0) next to the stars. First, I don't think the numeric value of the average
is all that interesting compared to the graphical appearance, so I'd like to
see that just in a tooltip (like the Mashup server is doing). Second, after
that space next to the stars is clear :), I think we should replace it with the
number of ratings, so it would look like:
* * O O O (3 ratings)
The average here is 2, and if you hovered over it you'd see "Average rating is
2.0".
I think it's very important to let people immediately see the difference
between something that has an average of 5.0 because one user rated it, and
something that has an average of 5.0 with twenty users rating it. See Amazon
for examples.
